Kaocrete® HPM 65 & 85
This Family of high-performance monolithics
provides compression strengths three to five times greater
than standard castables with similar chemistries and
densities. They provide good thermal shock resistance
and superb resistance to hot abrasion and mechanical
impact. The number denotes the approximate alumina content
of the mix.

Kaocrete® HPM™ 45
This particular member of the high-performance
monolithics family also provides excellent resistance
to attack by alkali materials and chlorides.
Kaocrete® 250-C & 249-C
These low-cement castable products
offer very high strengths up to their use limit temperatures.
Other features include good alkali resistance and ease
of placement by casting or pumping.

Kao-Plas™ Plastics
These innovative products combine all
the technical advantages of clay-bonded refractory plastics
with the installation speed and convenience of standard
castables. They are available in both casting and gunning
grades. This provides a more consistent, homogeneous
lining with lower installation costs.

Kao-Tuff® CFB™
Specifically designed for use in circulating
fluidized bed reactors, this castable has good gunning
characteristics, good abrasion resistance, and excellent
intermediate temperature range strengths.
Kao-Tuff® C & G
Both casting and gunning grades are
available for these abrasion-resistant castables.

Kaocrete® HS
This super-duty castable combines good
strengths and thermal shock resistance with easy placement
capabilities.
Kaogun® 26
Excellent gunning characteristics and
good strengths are found in this 2600°F dense castable.

Kaowool® Millboard
Kaowool Millboard placed between the
rotary kiln casing and the refractory lining improves
lining life by reducing stress and improves the thermal
efficiency of the kiln by adding insulation to the lining
system.
